We recently made a class wormery by putting several layers of clay and coloured sand in our wormery. When this was done all we needed were the worms!! Many thanks to all the mums and dads who helped out by digging for worms at all hours for us!! When we got our worms we placed them in our wormery and we watched them closely to see if they would move around in the soil. We kept a careful eye on the various layers of coloured sand to see if they had moved and sure enough they had!! The worms had also made little burrows in the soil. This was a fun experiment.
