School tour to Loughwell Farm - Friday, 7th June, 2013
We went to Loughwell Farm on Friday, with our friends from Mrs Mc Loughlin's class, Mrs Geraghty's class and Miss Broderick's class. We really had an amazing time, and the weather was wonderful also. We had great fun in the playbarn, climbing the super structure and going down the slide. In the barnyard we played with the giant lego blocks, skittles and didi cars. We also went on the Go Karts and played in the giant sand pit. We had great fun doing the obstacle course and our class was divided into two teams, and we had to race against each other. We were all good sports. We went on the zip wire and the swings and really enjoyed the mini golf. We got a spin on the pony and trap and we all enjoyed our spin around the farm on the barrel train (teacher too!!), which was driven by the farmer. As well as all of the above we got to feed the ducks and geese. We also got to see the pot bellied pigs, ponies, sheep, goats, ducks, chickens and geese. It was a jam-packed day, full of fun, fun, fun and more fun!!
