We made these cute Easter chicks hatching out of their eggs today. They look great!!
Have a look at our lovely papier mache Easter eggs. These took a long time to make but we had great fun making them. First we blew up a balloon. Next we tore up some newspaper into small pieces. We then dipped the newspaper strips into a mixture of flour and water and placed the soaked bits of newspaper on the balloon. We covered the balloon with several layers. It took a few days for it to dry and then we decorated our 'egg' by painting pretty patterns on it.
